The Building

The Estates at Acqualina were completed in 2021, expanding the Acqualina Resort campus that had made Jules Trump's development one of the most recognised names in South Florida luxury. The two towers — Trump Tower III and the Estates Tower — rise to around 50 floors and sit on one of the most generously proportioned private beachfronts in the area.

The amenity programme at Acqualina is expansive. Ice rink, bowling alley, ESPA spa, multiple pools across the beach and deck levels, private cinema, and access to all of the Acqualina Resort's hotel facilities. It is one of the few residential buildings where the amenity programme itself is a genuine selling point rather than a marketing checklist.

Units are large — most residences run from around 3,500 square feet to over 10,000 square feet for the penthouse levels. Prices have ranged from the mid-single figures into the $40 million range and above. The campus setting, with multiple towers sharing extensive infrastructure, means the lifestyle is closer to a private estate club than a standard condominium building.
