Bentley Motors' design team worked directly on the building's interiors and common areas, translating the brand's aesthetic — dark veneers, hand-stitched leather, diamond-quilted surfaces — into a residential context. The result is a building that reads unmistakably as a Bentley product, which will resonate strongly with some buyers and leave others cold. It is not subtle.
The building is among the most anticipated deliveries in Sunny Isles in recent years. It includes an amenity floor with pools, spa, cinema and a sky bar, plus the full complement of beach club services.
